SAVANNAH, GA, UNITED STATES, February 19, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Reginald V. Bennett, President and CEO of The Legacy Empowerment Solutions Group (LES Group), has been named the latest member of the Georgia Financial Educators Council (GFEC) Advisory Board, according to a statement the organization issued today.

Reginald V. Bennett, also called Reggie, possesses a BA in Economics from Dickinson College, a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from Georgia Tech, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In his current position with LES Group, he works to create legacies of community resilience and empowerment through financial education campaigns.

Bennett credits his passion for promoting financial wellness to his childhood experience witnessing his family losing a chance to become homeowners due to fear and lack of knowledge. This experience has fueled his passion to ensure that other families need never live through such fear, loss, and regret as a result of lacking trusted financial guidance.

Today Reggie leverages his position with LES Group and his participation on the GFEC Advisory Board to inspire individuals and families to believe in the power of financial literacy to transform their lives. His stated mission is to make high-quality financial education resources accessible to the underserved, particularly youth, minority families, and minority-owned businesses. As Bennett comments, “I am passionate about equipping individuals with the confidence and knowledge they need to pursue their dreams without fear or financial uncertainty. Financial education is not just about dollars and cents; it’s about creating pathways to stability, resilience, and generational opportunity.”

The Georgia Council anticipates a productive collaboration with Advisory Board member Reginald V. Bennett, who will contribute his expertise both in executive-level finance and in community empowerment to help accomplish the GFEC’s vision. Bennett’s contributions will help bridge gaps between financial wellness and economic opportunity, supporting Georgia communities toward greater resilience and success.

“Reginald V. Bennett brings a rare combination of executive-level financial expertise and deeply personal commitment to community empowerment,” said Vince Shorb, CEO of the National Financial Educators Council. “His leadership at The Legacy Empowerment Solutions Group and his passion for expanding access to high-quality financial education will significantly strengthen the Georgia Financial Educators Council’s impact across underserved communities.”
